SINGLE-USE LICENSE AGREEMENT

THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1 - BACKGROUND

1.1 The Music Producer is the owner of the exclusive rights to the sound recording ("Recording") and associated intellectual property rights.

1.2 The Licensee wishes to use the Recording for performances on [performance date] at [venue name and address] ("Venue").

1.3 The Music Producer grants the Licensee a license to use the Recording for performance(s) as specified below.

SECTION 2 - GRANT OF LICENSE

2.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Music Producer grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Recording for performances on [performance date] at the Venue.

SECTION 3 - PAYMENT

3.1 The Licensee agrees to pay a fee of 5 EUR for the license. The payment should be made through the Music Producer's PayPal.Me account at "www.paypal.me/thesoundofopera" and include the performance date and venue in the payment description.

3.2 Payment should be made before or on the date of performance and serves as acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.

SECTION 4 - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

4.1 This Agreement shall commence on the date of payment and shall remain in effect until and including the date of performance.

4.2 The license granted under this Agreement allows the Licensee to perform the Recording multiple times on [performance date] at the Venue.

4.3 The Licensee may not use the Recording in any form of broadcast, distribution, or other non-live performance without the express written permission of the Music Producer. Low-quality distribution of footage via social media, for example made by the audience with their smartphones, is allowed.

4.4 The Licensee agrees to use a legal copy of the Recording, which can be purchased and downloaded from Apple/iTunes. Downloading from YouTube or other streaming services is not legal.

SECTION 5 - MISCELLANEOUS

5.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.

5.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce.
