Multi-use license for live performances

You can use this form to acquire a one-year license for the use of one or more tracks. The pricing is as follows:

Base license:

• €6 for the first track and €2 for every additional track for a one-year license to use the track(s) for an unlimited number of performances for audiences up to 300 persons. This license also allows for a single performance during the license year for an audience exceeding 300 persons. Please note that this large performance must be reported within 42 days after the event. Smaller performances do not require reporting.

Additional rights for performances for more than 300 persons:

• €0.50 per track per performance for large performances exceeding 300 persons. These performances must occur within the one-year license period and be reported within 42 days after the event. Any unused performances will expire at the end of the one-year license period. Multiple performances on the same date at the same venue are counted as a single performance. Please be aware that one large performance is included in the base license.

License period:

• The one-year license period begins on the date of registration (today) and remains valid for 366 days.

Late Additions:

• It is not possible to add additional tracks or large performances to an existing license. You will need to register a new license, which will initiate a new license year for those tracks.
